The Inner Room
“The Inner Room” is a particular metaphorical space. That space remains veiled while the paintings reveal some details and fragments from the life which is lived in the secret inner room.
In my paintings I experiment freely with the different perspectives. In this series I am reflecting on the life of objects around me and capturing their essence in specific situations. Choosing the real objects that attracted my attention and gave me interesting associations, I began to paint them and construct the interior from my visual impressions.
Understanding yourself is the key to understanding the surrounding environment. "The inner room” is the place from where I look at the world and communicate with the world. That‘s “the room of my soul” where I always am, observing Life. It is the place to encounter yourself and other people.
