Transformation of a woman through pregnancy, birth and maternity​

During my stay in SIM residency in Reykjavik, Iceland I was continuing to research the topic of womanhood and the diverse concepts that it contains. Questioning them made me think about what is natural and given and what is cultural and dictated by the society.

This installation is about the experiences that construct one's personality and identity as a woman.
